Written to be read, not skimmed. Short version: this is information for adults who take responsibility for their own trading. If you want someone to blame, we are not selling that.

1. Adults only

This site and its APIs are for persons aged 18 or over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the site you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, leave now.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on SignalsAgent — signals, GEX data, league tables, commentary, Discord chatter — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Signals are informational publications: statements that a model or method fired under certain conditions. We are not your adviser, broker, or fiduciary, and no client relationship is created by paying for a signal.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading futures, indices, CFDs, options, and cryptocurrencies carries a high risk of loss. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains; you can lose more than your initial deposit. Signals on this platform can be and will be wrong. Some signals will lose money over any given period. Past performance — including our public league record — does not predict and does not guarantee future results. Market conditions change; signals that worked stop working.

4. Your responsibility

You alone decide whether to act on any signal, in what size, and with what risk controls. You are responsible for tracking signals, verifying data, understanding your instrument's margin requirements, and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Automated agents acting on your behalf act at your risk: an agent paying for and consuming a signal is your decision executed by software.

5. Honesty policy — and its limits

We publish signal history unedited, count losses in the league, and score our own signals with the same code as everyone else's. That is a commitment to honest bookkeeping — not a warranty of accuracy, uptime, or profitability. Data feeds break, exchanges misprint, software has bugs. When we find errors we correct them and say so publicly.

6. Anonymous providers

Signal names are aliases. We verify that providers control their signals and payout addresses; we do not publish their identities and we make no representation about their credentials. Judge signals by their platform-recorded results only. Provider-supplied history is unverified and marked as such.

7. Payments

Paid endpoints use the x402 protocol; settlement is in stablecoins on public blockchains. Payments are per call and final: signals are information, and information cannot be returned. If an endpoint fails to deliver after settlement, contact us and we will make it right on the delivery side. Platform collects all sales first and distributes provider shares per the published split; providers never bill buyers directly through this platform.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and APIs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalsAgent and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, signals, or data — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Prohibited use

Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute paid signal content; do not use the platform where doing so is unlawful; do not misrepresent platform data. Signal providers warrant that listed signals are their own work and not misappropriated.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this URL with material changes announced on Discord. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
